What You Should Know
This is a truly off-grid experience. That means you do not have electricity. There will not be heat or air conditioning, nor is there a bathroom within the dome. They do provide an LED light for you if desired.
You will have access to the main home kitchen and bathroom. Just 125 feet away are the basic amenities, but this is a location you really should focus on enjoying the disconnect.
There is a propane grill and a fire pit on the property you can use to cook.
A great daylight space nested on the edge of the woods. Be close to nature but also close to our house for modern convinces in our house. Please note this space is unplugged, it has no electricity, heat, or air conditioning. There is a full bathroom for your use in our basement, 125 feet away.
You have exclusive access to the basement bathroom, our porch and patio a propane grill or wood pit fire as well as 65 acres of farmland featuring a nice brook and awesome views. During season we will also provide you with some fresh organic produce. We also have a large pool table in our basement for your enjoyment.
The wooden dome has a rustic bedframe made of logs. It includes comfortable linens for your stay.
A small table and two chairs are against one wall of the dome for your convenience. Windows on both sides also bring in natural light during the daytime hours, so it feels cozy and welcoming.
The rug in the center of the room keeps the floor warmer and adds some cushion for you to lay around and lounge. This home is setup for rest and to disconnect, and it really allows for that.
Of course, this skylight at the top also brings in great natural light. While you may think of tiny homes as full spaces with a kitchen and bathrooms, many who want to live off-grid will look at something like this as the ideal space to live off the land.
