What essentially was a 10’ shipping/storage container in its previous life is now converted into this minimalistic, super tiny home. Sure, the $80K price may be a turn off for many considering you can get way more spacious models out there for the price. However, there’s still a lot you can expect from this one if you don’t mind paying extra for a solid, reliable dwelling.

- A full-size kitchen with all the essential appliances comes included. This is great considering the not-so-pocket-friendly price.
- Thanks to the trailer and one of the smallest footprints in the category, the super tiny home can be towed with virtually anything.
- DOT approval means you can also move it across the country without worrying about meeting compliance standards in each state.
- A washer/dryer is a highly recommended space saving commodity for a tiny home, and you get the appropriate hookups for this one.
- The home also has the proper hookups to ensure you can easily move this to any campsite and not have to worry about water/power.
On the exterior end, the super tiny home could definitely do better with some love as it looks worn out. However, that’s nothing a simple paint job can’t fix. The interior looks a lot better and is frankly one of the best we’ve ever seen.
Since it’s a 10’ home, you’d expect the place to combine the living area and the bedroom, and you’d be right. It’s basically an empty bit of space that can hold a queen-size bed with a TV up front for some late night binge watching.
While getting a Happijac bed lift here isn’t an option due to the height, you can still either go for a Murphy bed or have a 3-seater pull-out couch to get a sleeping+living area within the same space.
Up next is the kitchenette, which divides itself into two galleys that have the appropriate downsized appliances.
You get a good bit of countertop space here, but you’ll probably need to add a couple of cabinets to the wall to store anything beyond the bare minimum.
At the end lies the bathroom which comes with a shower,
sink and toilet.
