Tiny Home Features
- 4′ gooseneck allows for an 11’x8′ lofted living room space above a main floor sleeping space.
- Luxury additions such as tile flooring, radiant floor heating, full-sized stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), and more.
- The kitchen contains full-sized stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. White cabinets are topped by custom quartz countertops.
- The bathroom has an extra-large vanity/sink combination next to a unique luxury shower. The glass encased shower has gorgeous black trim and is a modern style that saves space while still being larger than most. Extra storage cabinets and shelves, a traditional flush toilet, and open space with laundry hookups are addditional bonuses here.
- One loft above the bathroom is large enough for a twin or full-sized bed and is carpated. The second sleeping space is beneath the elevated loft living room and while short has room for a queen-sized bed with interior hidden storage cubbies.
The moment you step inside that door, you will see what I mean when I say this is a bit of luxury in a small package. Right away you see the kitchen space with gorgeous classic white cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
It’s the little things that make the difference, and here is no different. Between that gorgeous gold tile backsplash and the drawer trash storage beneath the stove, you are going to be in love immediately.
A closer look at this “tile” backsplash and the electric cooktop on that range.
To the right of the front door is the kitchen sink with an additional length of cabinetry. On the end closest to the wall of the bathroom, you have a few drawers, cabinets, and a dishwasher. The space closest to the door has cabinets but also an extended space for a dining space that is 42″ long.
A bathroom is on this end of the Orion tiny home. I love the way they have used the barn door to be a ladder also. Black rungs hang on the door making it a perfect ladder to the loft above, but also easy to slide out of the way when not in use.
This sleeping space is carpeted. While not super tall or large, you can fit a twin or full-sized mattress here easily. A queen mattress may fit tightly if wanted.
From the loft above the bathroom, you get a nice look down into the kitchen and across the home to the second loft. This layout uses that extra 4′ of gooseneck area to create a lofted living space. I love this brilliant use of space!
Back on the main floor is the bathroom. Again, this space is all about luxury along with functionality. The black matte trim and hardware throughout the home pop against the white walls. In this space, it’s the perfect way to surround the glass panes of the shower doors.
To the right of the entry is the vanity. While there isn’t a great image of just it, you can tell from here that it is wider than most and does have a nice large mirror over the sink.
This corner square shower is tiled and has a nice large rainwater shower head in the corner. I really like this style of corner showers to save space but still feel larger.
An open closet is another bonus in this room. You have a tiered shoe rack on the bottom, a rod for hanging clothes, and a shelf on top. Perfect for your clothing or can be used for storing linens and towels.
A traditional flush toilet fits underneath the window and next to that is an open space with hookups for your laundry system. You can add stacking units here or a combination washer and dryer and then add storage above. Both possibilities are great and easy to manage!
From the door, you get a nice look at the loft living space across the home. I like this angel as it gives you a better feeling of the space overall.
The quartz countertops are so nice and sleek against that black matte sink!
A dishwasher in a tiny home is a huge luxury addition, and this one is a personal favorite! I love how convenient it is and that it fits perfectly underneath this counter.
This lofted space is tall enough to stand up. A great addition that can be used as a sleeping space, but was built with the intention of being an elevated living room with the sleeping space beneath.
This little cubby beneath the loft is perfect for a queen-sized or full-sized mattress. A quiet space for sleeping that doesn’t take up much living space in the home.
I love the addition of open spaces beneath the stairs to the loft for storage. They add private storage for the sleeping area. And, from this angle, you can see that a simple curtain could be hung on the inside to slide across for privacy in the “bedroom” if you wanted.
Finally, a nice look across the entire home from that lofted living space. Such a lovely home that is filled with beauty and perfect for creating a new tiny lifestyle for you and your family.
