The Milagro is a popular model from New Creation Tiny Homes. We have shared this model in the past, but in different sizes. This, the smallest of the Milagro model, is one of my favorite because it has so much ingenuity inolved to make it feel larger than the footprint it actually has.

Tiny Home Features
- Two large loft spaces. One above the kitchen with floating stairs and the second slightly smaller loft above the bathroom with a ladder.
- Full kitchen with apartment sized refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, tons of storage, and a single dining nook for 1 stool.
- Bathroom with custom tile floor, laundry nook with open shelving, and corner shower with glass door.
- Radiant floor heating and tankless hot water heater.
I love that the larger of the two lofts is a suspended “floating” loft with a step down area and floating stairs. Plus, the wall of cubbies creates privacy without making it feel claustrophobic.
The floating stairs to the loft are definitely one of the unique upgrades in this home that I adore. While they take up space on that side of the home, they are open enough to feel like they aren’t even there. And, just beneath them is this listtle nook that is just right for one person, and possibly two to sit down for a meal.
the suspended loft has just enough room for a full or potentially queen sized bed. There isn’t a lot of extra room on either side, but it is nice to have the built in shelves at the foot of the bed space.
Back downstairs, a look into the kitchen showcases the extra storage here. I love the light wood against the butcher block countertops. Two sinks make cleanup easy, and the conduction cooktop is a great choice for making mealtimes simple despite limited room.
On the other side of the home, you have a second open loft space. This is setup to be a nice lounge area, but a twin mattress could also fit here for another bedroom option.
I like this arrangement for a little nook to sit and work or lounge. Plus, the little cubby in the center is ideal for storage shelves or bins.
This bathroom is small and cozy with custom tile on the floor. I love the addition of real tile here, and the flush toilet is a bonus for those used to a non-traditional bathroom in their tiny home.
The corner glass shower also has some custom tile accents. The rounded door gives it a bit more space despite it being a smaller unit.
And inside the door is the laundry space with floating shelves and a combination washer and dryer already included. You can store laundry detergent, toiletries, or linens here so they are handy but out of sight.
