A convertible futon or sleeper sofa is ideal for this living room space so you can have a more traditional living area during the daytime, but easily fold out for bedtime. This example shows this blue futon against the wall, but there are many options you could install or use here.
The middle of the home is this open area and kitchenette. The door opens right into this space with little room on either side for additional storage or tables, but you can add more on the walls themselves if you wanted.
The shaker-style cabinets in the kitchen are soft close and not just tall but deep. They can be used as a clothing wardrobe, pantry, or kitchen storage easily.

There are a few options with this model, but it is smaller so will only ever be a kitchenette. Thus making it perfect for a single or couple.

At the far end of the Neskowin is the bathroom. This space is larger than most tiny home bathrooms and definitely a luxury space in what would otherwise be a very simple home.
The deep and wide shower stall includes built-in shelves for your toiletries. Updated faucets and fixtures make it a modern comfortable space. You also have a nice-sized vanity with a medicine cabinet and the standard flush toilet in this space.
While not shown, there is plenty of open wall space that can be used for more storage or even an above toilet organizer or cabinet if you wanted.
