Simply Living from Statton Rock designs has some of the most thoughtfully put-together tiny homes I have ever seen. The Outdoor Enthusiast is a longer home with a large extended loft, full kitchen, extra mud room, and sizable living room you are sure to love!

The tiny homes start at $134,999 with many upgrades and downgrades available. You have options for customizing your model to fit your needs perfectly!
The interior of this home features light wood walls, ceiling, and floor with dark wood and black accents.
While the home does not have an oven, it does have a 4-burner electric cooktop and apartment-sized refrigerator. This plus the extended L-shaped counter makes it a sizable kitchen for a tiny home and perfect for entertaining.
To the left of the kitchen space are the stairs leading to the loft. Underneath the stairs is more storage space that could hold an oven, dishwasher, laundry unit, or just shelving.
I love the sleek design of the cabinets with no hardware but the soft close features we all love, especially with kids underfoot!
One unique part of this home is the separate mud-room area between the kitchen and the bathroom. This can be used for storage, a private office, a mud-room for when you come in from outdoors, or if desired, a small private bedroom.
Another great lookup to the loft showcases the railing that adds safety without blocking off the room. While some may prefer a privacy wall, this leaves the home more open and easy to access making it feel larger.
In the loft, there is room for a queen or king-sized mattress with small cabinets or tables on each side for storage. You have recessed lighting along the walls but extra outlets mean a bedside lamp is an option.
As a deeper loft, there is room for this rug in front of the bed. Ideal for lounging and relaxing with a good book. Of course, you can also use the space for a bean bag chair or a small chest of drawers against the railing if you prefer.
If you love the rustic feeling of this home, there are many options you can choose from to make it truly suit your needs. Whether it is a change in colors, a different layout with lofts on the other end of the home, or an extended kitchen, Simply Living has a multitude of options to make you feel comfortable and happy in your tiny home on wheels.
