While the seller didn’t share a ton of details about this home, it’s a great little tiny home that is at a budget price and perfect for a starter home. Let’s step inside and see what we find!

From the listing, we find that this home is a 19′ long and 8′ wide build. A bit smaller than standard, but still definitely comfortable for your day-to-day needs.
The exterior is a combination of wood and black vinyl siding with white trim. Of course, the first thing you notice is that bright red door with a window. So pretty and inviting!
Inside the home, you are greeted with a combination of raw wood walls, vinyl wood flooring, and white trim. This home was apparently hand-built or at least finished by the owner.
Right inside the door, to the left, is a bench seat, the door to the bathroom on the end, and the kitchenette against the back wall. Not seen is a living space at the front of the home and a loft space you’ll see below.
This home has a small kitchenette space with a mini-refrigerator, cabinets, sink, and room for a hot plate or similar countertop appliance for cooking. There is potential to add a larger stove or refrigerator if you are willing to give up some of the seating space.
At the front end of this home is a large picture window with a futon sofa. This is a great place to call your living room and is ideal for seating during the daytime. You can also fold this down for a secondary sleeping space if needed.
A ladder props between the living area and the kitchen to go up to the loft. THere is a black bar across the loft base that makes it simple to slide this ladder back and forth when not in use.
Then it leans slightly out to create a safe way to enter the loft that goes above the living space and into that small elevated space at the end of the home.
In this loft, you will find just enough room for a bed. It really is a small space and is not meant to be more than a sleeping area. Depending upon your needs, a queen-sized mattress would fit in here with not much room to spare. Thankfully, you have windows on both sides as well as a recessed light in the ceiling so it has plenty of light.
The last space to explore in this room is the bathroom at the back of the home. This is where I say this home is eclectic. I’ve never seen a wall covered in astro turf, but this one is! A traditional flush toilet, small vanity, and sink, along with the mirror are shown. It is understood that there is a shower opposite this space that is not shown.
