  • The house is well insulated too, with R15 insulation in the 2×4 exterior wall, R18 in the 2×6 ceiling and R15 rockwool in the floor framing. 
  • The thick primed shiplap on the walls and the vinyl plank waterproof on the flooring need a special mention.
