- The loft opens up a lot of space downstairs for the living area and kitchenette to sport better and more spacious layouts.
- Sleeping in the aforementioned loft is also as spacious as they come – thanks to a tall ceiling which also allows you to upgrade storage by adding cabinets.

First up is the living area on the left which can hold an L-style couch and a coffee table in between with still some space left to walk around. Throw in your TV, and the lounge area is complete.
Just beside the door are the loft stairs. Heading up, you get an area that’s fit for a queen-size bed and a loft that’s so tall that pretty much everyone except Shaquille O’Neal can stand here without bumping their heads on the ceiling.
On the right is the long kitchenette galley that comes with a standard 4.5 cu. Ft refrigerator. There’s space for other appliances too, but you could do well by adding a couple of cabinets to the walls for some bonus storage.
Just beside the kitchenette lies the bathroom that comes with the three standard bathroom fittings.
