The house is built on a custom designed and built trailer that has dual 7000 axles. There’s a steel pan under the entire trailer to keep the critters away, and a gorgeous black metal roofing and trim to add to the aesthetic appeal of the space.
The roof is built using the Zip waterproofing system to ensure that there are no leaks, and there are some studs in the 16″ centers as well. The living area is empty, but has enough space for you to bring in a couch, a small coffee table and a couple of tiny storage units.

The loft bedroom is completely padded and can be accessed through the ladder. This loft is actually quite spacious and can easily fit a king mattress, if not more. Another plus is the fact that there are USB outlets installed in the loft for easy charging.
In addition to these, the house also comes with a Senville mini-split 9000 BTU 21.5 Seer high efficiency heating and cooling and a Rheem electric instant hot water heater packed into the deal.
