The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a built-in laundry hamper, a 20 gallon electric water heater, a standard toilet,
a large countertop with a sink, and has also been vented to bring in a stackable washer-dryer unit as you can see in the pictures.
The bedroom on the main floor is a huge plus here. It features a Murphy bed, which you can pull down when needed, or put it up when you don’t, to make use of the space as a dedicated living area.
