The house features a unique SIP panel that features a fiberglass sheathing which makes the space immune to structural water damage. The house is impact and fire resistant too, and is still lightweight- weighing around 8k pounds, which is almost half of the average of a traditionally framed home.
And it isn’t just the structural aspect of this space that makes it such a charming property- the house has luxurious accents and details all throughout as well. You’ll find hardwood custom built cabinets, painted wood interior siding, large appliances, lots of storage, and solid walnut countertops here.
You’ll find textured Sherwin Williams paint that mimics a spray on stucco in appearance on the outside of this space. To top that, the LP Smartside trim is rot resistant and comes with a 50 year guarantee.
Inside, you’ll find a dedicated living area that has a custom built couch with massive drawers and a roll out coffee table/seat/footrest with storage underneath the solid maple top.
The kitchen is beautifully designed and features lots of storage space. There’s a full size Summit range, an LG refrigerator, and a spacious stainless steel sink.
The custom stairs across from the kitchen hold an LG washer dryer combo, a space for hanging clothes and coats, and some more space for additional appliances, spices, and whatever else you need.
The bathroom has a 6” x 36” shower, a standard flush toilet, a lighted mirror, a corner cubby with a clothes rod, and some storage in the vanity along with a set of drawers.
The loft bedroom is again, beautifully done up and fringed with a beautiful solid maple railing, offering room for a queen size mattress, and some corner book shelves.
There’s also an awning window for emergency egress, and some extra floor space above the fridge for a bedside table, storage totes, or whatever is needed to personalize your needs. Plus, a 9k BTU mini split unit that heats and cools the space is also packed into the deal.
