The extra large porch is perfect for your morning cup of coffee, summer picnics, or extending the living space for entertaining.

The French doors open wide creating a wide-open living space that is ideal for sharing with friends and family on hot summer weekends while you fire up the grill!

As you step through the front doors, you get a great overview of the home. The living space is right in front of your kitchen in the middle of the home.
To the right are stairs to the loft space which is nice and deep with room for beds and more.
Behind the kitchen is the home office on the right with your full bathroom on the left. Just past that at the end of the home is the private master bedroom.

A bit closer look shows more of the height of the home and the gorgeous lighting hanging above the bar. A great little breakfast nook!
Underneath the stairs to the right, the refrigerator and a stacking washer and dryer unit are housed utilizing all of the space perfectly.

There is plenty of room here to fit a small sofa or a few chairs. If you planned to entertain often or have guests overnight, this might be better as a sleeper sofa, futon, or a daybed for extra sleeping space.

I love that the stairs in this park model have not only a railing on the wall, but also that partial wall that also creates a hand rail. This is much safer for kids going up and down to the sleeping space.

As you can see, a few twin mattresses can fit here for kids, but it can also hold a queen or king-sized mattress if you prefer.

This view gives you a better idea of the width of the area between the door and the stairs. Ideal for a smaller sofa or loveseat, but with room on the other side, you could also just place a chair and table here.

There is an open area on the right side of this image that has extra-large windows and of course, the bar space at the edge of the kitchen. Depending upon your plans and needs, you could easily add another 1 to 2 chairs over there for extra seating.

I also love the tall ceilings and window above. It really adds tons of natural light to the room. Plus, this shows you plenty of spaces to mount a television if you want to make it a family room.

The kitchen is a smaller “u-shape” with the bar nearest the living space and the stove against the wall leading to the bathroom. The sink is in the middle under a window, and the extra counter space makes this a great family kitchen with room for preparing any meal you could desire.

High-end appliances are a big part of the quality found in this home and others from, Mustard Seed Tiny Homes. That includes the appliances, hardware, fixtures, cabinets, countertops, and even the flooring throughout the home.

Just behind the kitchen is the bathroom. A pocket door saves space but still allows you to have the privacy you need.

Inside this bathroom, you find the same colors of white shiplap, wood grain, teal, and black. The sink in the corner near the door sits above a cabinet of drawers for extra storage. Of course, in the mirrored image you can see the toilet and shelves above.
One thing to note is that these models come with an incinerating toilet, but as shown, you can easily upgrade to a traditional flush toilet if you prefer.

It’s the little details that make this a home. While the mirror isn’t a medicine cabinet, it is trimmed beautifully in matching wood grains you will find in other spaces in the park model home.

I absolutely love the honeycomb tile look and usually see it in white with black grout. This bathroom has a lovely gray tone that goes perfectly against the white, teal, and blacks in the rest of the home.

Opposite the bathroom is the hallway home office space. While not large, this area has a built-in table with storage and room for you to add additional shelving for more storage. It is perfect for anyone who works from home or has kids who need a homework space.

The master bedroom isn’t overly large but is comfortable. A queen-sized bed fits here nicely with room for tables on each side. Plus, not shown is an extra private door out of this bedroom!

You can barely see the door here at the left edge of the picture. Right next to that door you see the wardrobes and chest of drawers that are built into the bedroom. I love the reclaimed wood wall behind them, and especially that this is an open space ideal for a television!
