The exterior of this home is a lovely combination of white and wood grain giving it that unique modern farmhouse style everyone enjoys. You’ll love the windows on all sides, but especially the rows of windows across the upper half of the home that bring in tons of natural light.
The lofts in homes like this aren’t private, but have at least one master loft that is deeper offering a bit more privacy. This one has windows on all walls, tons of extra outlets for charging electronics or adding lamps on the side of the bed, plus recessed lighting above so it’s never dark in the loft unless wanted.
Here is another look into the loft from the stairs. I do see that this home could easily have a half-wall built at the front without sacrificing space if you wanted more privacy from the rest of the home.
The image below shows the unfinished space where the kitchen would be. One of the things I love here is that it also shows the gorgeous wall and ceiling in this area. A unique panel that gives texture and style to the space. Plus, you can see the storage under the stairs here nicely.
And a nice look back toward the other side of the home gives you an idea of the open living space and secondary loft. It’s not huge, but it is a nice open floor plan that is great for families or a couple who wants a bit more space to move around.
There is a stunning barndoor style closure between the kitchen and bathroom. This reclaimed wood option is unique and custom to this home. A great talking point but also functional without wasting space.
Here is a peek into the unfinished bathroom showing what I love the most – that unique wall-mounted sink. What a rustic farmhouse look! This shows just how fun this home will be once completed.
While this model has a compost toilet shown, you can update this with traditional a flush toilet, dry flush toilet, or even an incinerator toilet if you prefer.
