The open floor plan with tall ceilings makes this space seem even larger. A side entry comes right into the main living space with room for a sofa, chairs, or even an entertainment center.
While this image isn’t terribly “decorated” or set up, it gives you a nice idea of the space and room you would have here to make the home your own.
While they have the home staged with a sofa here, I can imagine adding a larger sectional or even adding a second guest sleeping space by using a sleeper sofa or futon here instead.
Just inside the entryway is this built-in hutch or table setup. It’s the ideal place to create an entry table for keys and such, but also could easily double as the entertainment center or TV stand. Of course, I would use it for storage and mount the TV above on the wall instead.
At the front end of the home are beautiful bay windows with the kitchen built right into the space. The double stink is placed perfectly in front of these windows for a great view outside while you clean up after preparing a meal!
On one side of the kitchen space, you have an electric stove with the microwave above that also doubles as a vent hood. This also shows the large storage cabinets and beautiful tile backsplash of the kitchen space.
On the opposite side of the kitchen is the refrigerator with even more storage cabinets on both sides. You can easily hold all of your pantry food supplies along with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils within easy reach in this kitchen.
The opposite side of the home, just past the main living area, is the bathroom, bedroom, and extra storage space. This wall of cabinets is ideal for linens, household supplies, and random storage needs. Located just outside the bathroom makes it super handy for towels and toiletries.
Inside the bathroom, you are greeted with a basic layout that includes a traditional flush toilet, shower, and sink with a small cabinet below and wall mounted mirror. There is room for additional shelves or hooks, but the space is open and comfortable as is.
A full-sized shower is in this space with a glass shower door. While this particular model just has the shower, it shows that you could have a customization added with a more traditional bathtub and shower combination if desired.
Across from the bathroom, there are washer and dryer hookups with a small cabinet set for laundry storage just by the bedroom door. This image also shows inside the bedroom where you have two closets and a built-in chest of drawers that are easily covered by barn door closures.
The bedroom itself is nice and large with room for a queen-sized bed and more. I love the tall ceilings and open areas above the windows for decor or additional storage if needed.
