Inside this tiny home is a basic layout that everyone loves. You walk right into the main living space with room for a sofa and chairs or a dining table if desired. With lofts on both sides, the middle of the home is the open concept that allows you to create the welcoming space you have dreamed of having.
This home has been set up with basics showing how much room there is for a sofa and chairs in the main room. If you need more sleeping space, you could add a daybed or even a sleeper sofa in this space.
The back half of the home includes the kitchenette on one side, the bathroom on the opposite, and a small storage pantry space between the two. In the image below you will see a mattress on the floor as the home was just being set up, but you can see the potential for adding additional storage shelves, cabinets, or baskets on the walls and open spaces.
In the back corner of the home is the kitchenette with dark wood cabinets, a simple countertop with a sink, and room for a mini-refrigerator under the counter. You can also add a hot plate or have a cooktop installed if you want in this space.
From the back of the home, you can see up to the front loft that sits above the porch. It’s a small space but can be used for a twin mattress or just for storage if you prefer.
It is a shorter space but you can easily fit comfortably here to sleep or even create a cozy reading nook.
In the bathroom, you have a corner shower stall with built-in shelves for your toiletries. It is cozy and comfortable but doesn’t have a ton of extra space. Just what you need! However, just on the other side of the wall is that storage I mentioned above.
The classic flush toilet and sink make up the other side of the bathroom. I love that there is plenty of open wall space for more storage. You could easily add an above-the-toilet storage cabinet if you wanted.
