As with many homes, the kitchen is the heart of the home and this one does not disappoint. Full-sized appliances are always a hit in tiny homes, and the Milagro has those with room for more.
On one side of the kitchen are the stainless steel electric range and refrigerator with storage cabinets. In the middle against the back wall is the sink, and to the opposite side, you find an open countertop with room for stools beneath that can be used for a dining space or more kitchen workspace.
No space is wasted in this kitchen. Shelves hit the corners for easy to reach places for kitchenware and supply storage. Beneath the butcher block countertop, you have a unique corner cabinet with deep space for all of those seldom used but important pieces of cookware.
The electric range and oven sit next to the refrigerator with a special wire shelf above. I love this shelf for sturdy storage of pots and pans, but also the open rack design that means you can easily hook utensils there to hang above the stove when not in use.
On the back wall of the kitchen and home is this double stainless steel sink with a modern faucet system. Not only do you have the regular faucet in the middle, but also a spray nozzle and soap pump that keeps things handy but sleek and out of sight.
The cabinets continue underneath the butcher block all the way to the front side of the home where they end at the corner but the counter continues to create this open dining space.
Different layouts could allow for a dishwasher, more storage, or even a dining table to fit in here, but I love the open bar with room for stools and storage beneath.
On the opposite end of the home is the second loft with a simple rung ladder against the wall leading to the bathroom. This loft is smaller, but still easily fits a single, full, or queen mattress with a railing on the side for safety.
And from this angle, you can see the loft as well as the bathroom. There isn’t a large living room here, but room for a chair or potentially a loveseat or futon on the opposite side for additional sleeping space for guests.
The glass corner shower is classic and modern sitting next to a slim line vanity with faucet on the side and mirror mounted above.
This image showcases how the sink isn’t deep but is wide giving you the same space but in a different layout. You may also note matching tilework here as in the kitchen behind the sink there. Plus, at the back of the bathroom, you find the combination washer and dryer, and a toilet not shown beneath the window.
Of course, extra storage above the washer and dryer can hold towels as shown, or any of your daily toiletry needs. The home may be small but it has what you need.
