This stunning tiny home on wheels is the ideal starter home for anyone looking to settle in North Carolina. From the bright colors to the included shed and porch, it’s a real value that is ideal and move in ready for anyone to begin the tiny house lifestyle.

This 24′ tiny home features a spacious front porch with stairs on both sides. Included in the sale is also the sizable shed. Inside the home, you find a classic layout with lofts on both sides, a kitchen at one end, and a bathroom at the opposite end. In the center is a small but functional living space. Everything you could ask for in a tiny home.
Above the kitchen is the main loft with a nice almost private stairway and halfway added. Below this, is the U-shaped kitchen. While not overly large, this space is ideal for anyone making basic meals.
Through this image, you can see the full-sized refrigerator along with a stacking washer and dryer set for convenience.
On one side of the living area, there is a built-in countertop just below the front window. This is located just inside the front door. With cabinets underneath, this could be for storage, an added kitchen prep counter, or to use as a desk or homework area. Of course, it may simply be the perfect little two-person dining table.
The short “hall” between the living space and the kitchen adds a homey feeling to the room. Rather than open stairs leading to the loft, these are designed with a wall from floor to ceiling. Under what would be the stairs, are cabinets and doors for storage.
This kitchen is small but has tons of storage. The sink is just in front of the end of the house window. Floating shelves are mounted against the wall dividing the sink from the laundry. The classic white cabinets are spacious and you will find a great combination of cabinets and drawers both above and below the counter.
Another thing of note in this kitchen is the subway tile and colorful small tile backsplash. This makes it easier to cleanup after preparing a meal, and of course, adds to the beauty of the room!
A stacking washer and dryer allows you to do small loads of laundry easily in the privacy of your own home. While these do only half-sized loads of laundry, they are excellent to have on hand, especially if you have small children underfoot.
Along with the refrigerator in the hall, there is a built-in microwave. However, this room does not include a stove or cooktop. The current owners use a combination of the microwave, toaster oven, and a hot plate for meal preperation.
You could also add an Instant Pot, air fryer, or slow cooker to create a kitchen with all of the abilities you need right there on hand.
On the opposite side of the home from the kitchen is the bathroom with barndoor style privacy door, and a sizable loft above.
Another angle of this space shows how that counter below the window is also just by the bright yellow door. Plus, you can see a TV mounted in the corner can slide out of the way when needed, but is handy for a night in when wanted.
In the bathroom, I adore this bowl sink and the medicine cabinet tucked into the wall behind the shower. Great use of space! There is plenty of storage below as well for toiletries.
While they have a sign mounted above the sink, you could add a mirror here instead!
Tucked into the corner is the toilet with a window above. While the walls are empty here, you could easily add floating shelves for more storage.
The bathtub and shower are the real showpiece in this bathroom. Just look at that gorgeous tile work! It’s stunning!!! Having a full bathtub with a shower is also a rarity in tiny homes, but this one made it a priority. A priority I personally love.
This is a full-sized bathtub so even adults can lounge here after a long day!
The lofts are great as sleep areas that are easy to access and sizable. I really love the fact that the stairs leading to the master loft are slightly hidden from sight.
As you can see, this adds a bit of privacy to the loft space and gives a great view down into the main floor of the home.
While the loft isn’t tall enough to stand up in, it is sizable and makes for a cozy bedroom space. You can easily fit a large bed here along with a small shelf or cabinet for storage.
Wide windows add natural light, and I love that they already have blinds for privacy.
This little nook may not be large enough to put a chair or bed, but you can add shelves or use this little corner under the unit for storage.
One of the big accents in this upper part of the home is the catwalk between the two lofts. Perhaps not large for a human to walk around on, it is ideal for pets, or just for decor or storage.
Here is another view showing the size of that main master loft space a bit better.
And a view looking down at the door to show a bit more of how the TV and things fit into the space.
For the added storage under the stairs, they have included a few open small spaces, as well as a closet with rod for hanging cloths.
Additionally, there are two sizable cabinets with shelves and a door to seal away items. This is great for shoes!
Back outside you can take note of the grey, light teal, and yellow accents. The same colors you will find inside the home.
The front porch is a large addition with stairs on both sides and a great sealant on top for all weather. Plus, a small awning over the door makes it easy to unlock and get inside on rainy days.
The addition to this sale of the small shed is a great inspiration for those who need just a bit more storage space. It’s ideal for the lawnmower, garden tools, or could be a small office if someone wanted to work from home, but have private space.
Shelves are already installed, and while it is a bit unfinished on the inside, it is still a great little shed space.
This 24′ home is currently listed for sale including the large porch and exterior shed for $70,000. This also comes with appliances and while currently parked in a tiny home community, it can be moved.
