This home is not on wheels but can be put on a trailer for transport upon request. The front door has a small awning overhead for a protected entryway.
Just inside the door to the left is the living space. You can see the owner has used the front nook below the storage loft for a small chest of drawers for storage with a sofa beside it. The sofa easily folds down into a bed and is ideal for those who don’t like going up the stairs at night to sleep.
Just past the sofa in the living space is a large pantry with white cabinets in the kitchen just behind it. The kitchen has a large sink and full-sized refrigerator but doesn’t have a traditional stove. While it comes with a toaster oven and hot plate, you can add a different setup if you prefer.
There are cabinets on both sides of the kitchen and a tile backsplash behind the sink is a great way to keep things easy to clean. At the back of the kitchen, a sliding pocket door hides away the bathroom.
The bathroom may be small but it has everything you need with a composting toilet on one side that includes space for baskets or shelves above.
On the other side of the bathroom is a shower with a window between them for ventilation and light.
From here you can see back toward the front of the home and see the smaller storage loft above the door as well as the open area in front of the sofa bed space.
Upstairs in the loft you have plenty of room for a full or queen-sized bed with these great little storage cubbies against one wall for clothing and knick knacks.
And here is another look at that storage space. Definitely not large enough for sleeping, but ideal for decor or out-of-season items to be on hand but out of the way.
And one of the benefits of this home is that it is already NOAH certified! A great bonus for those shopping for a tiny home.
