This home at only 20′ long is just the right size for a starter tiny home or a space for a single individual or couple. While you could have a small family in this home, it would be a tight fit.
Inside the home is light wood walls and a ceiling with a slightly darker wood floor. Above the kitchenette and bathroom is a single loft with a skylight and a small entry nook that allows for additional seating if desired.
The kitchen includes an apartment-sized refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, oven, and a nice sized kitchen cabinet and counter for storage.
The ladder to the loft rolls along a metal bar at the edge of the loft. This means you can easily move it out of the way when not in use. You’ll notice on the wall by the ladder below is a little table that drops down. This is a great way to have a dining table or desk in a tiny home that doesn’t take up a bunch of space. It can pop up when in use, and slide down to be out of the way when not needed.
Another image here showcases the space to see the wall-mounted television against the wall and the propane heater on the wall. The refrigerator has a toaster oven above it and a nice long pantry beside it for storage. Plus, the bathroom is open at the back of the home so you can see a bit more about that space.
The loft is nice and deep and ideal for a queen-sized mattress. Depending upon your preferences, you could fit two twin mattresses or a king-sized mattress.
There is room here for a few storage cubbies or baskets and the best part is the skylight above on the righthand side. With three windows here, it’s a perfect open space to relax or to just rest at nightfall.
The bathroom at the back of the tiny home is small, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have what you need. The sink is an open option with pipes showing, but that helps it feel less bulky in the small space.
On the right is the white shower stall with a cute blue and white curtain. It’s a smaller sized shower but is definitely nice with a built-in shelf for your toiletries.
Across from the shower is the compost toilet and a small nook with room for storing toiletries or bath towels as needed.
Back in the main portion of the home is a bench seat built-in. I love this because it provides storage and some space to sit. Of course, a hard bench may not be appealing to everyone, but you can throw on a few cushions or remove this and add a sofa or futon if you prefer.
Finally, this angle shows the front door and the nook just inside to the left from this angle. There is a small loft above that could be used for storage, and a built-in bench inside the nook for a desk or home office space.
