I love the idea of a classic “attic ladder” that folds down from this loft! It’s such a great idea to keep the loft safe for kids and keep the room from having bulky ladders in the way.
On the front of the house is the entry door with a barn door entry to the bathroom that sits just below the front loft space. This loft is large, open, and has a permanent ladder on the wall of the kitchen.
The kitchen in this house has a full-sized refrigerator and stove with tons of white cabinets above and below the counter. It’s small and in the corner, but it is also a beautiful and welcoming space that is ideal for preparing meals. There is also this cute little table island but you can easily add in a more traditional table with chairs for seating the family.
This gives you a nice look at the overall space of the living area and kitchen. It definitely helps you get a better “lay of the land” for what could fit in here as a table, sofa, or seating arrangement.
While the lofts do not have windows, they do have a nice open space with lights in the ceiling. The lofts are small, but comfortable for storage or sleeping areas.
The main floor bedroom at the back of the home has a nice open space with room for a queen or king-sized bed, tables, and more. It’s a great little bedroom or could be a home office space if you prefer.
While it doesn’t have a door in the closet, there is this divider and nook in the corner with a shelf for your own in the bedroom closet.
I love that the bathroom is nice and large with room and hookups for a stacking washer and dryer. In the corner is a rounded shower and there is tons of open wall space for storage shelves and baskets if you wish.
