Let’s take a tour!
Park Model Homes describes the Woodlands Vault as one of their most “sought-after units.”
If you look at the lower right-hand part of the house in this photo, you will notice a pair of doors/compartments. These are the storage compartments that are located in the “basement” of the home under the living room floor, which is raised 18”.
You can pull out the long cargo trays to store or access your items. There are four trays in all, and the entire width of the vehicle is available for you to use for storage on those trays.
Because the storage trays are so long, you can use them even for items like kayaks, ski poles, firewood, golf clubs, fishing poles, etc. You can even lock the compartments for extra security.
When you enter the tiny house, you will find yourself in the kitchen, which is adjoined to the living room. The railing you see on the left-hand side of the frame goes around the living room; the two windows you see in the upper right show you a glimpse of the loft.
Also, notice the corner sink. The cabinets above it feature illumination.
As you can see, the kitchen is packed with storage.
Here is a closer look at the sink as well as the lighting underneath the cabinets.
The model you see in these photos features black appliances. But it is also possible to order this tiny house with stainless steel appliances.
In this photo, you can get a look at the living room with its raised floor. If you look behind the kitchen island, you can just glimpse the trim around some interior cabinets that give you further access to the storage space beneath the raised floor.
To ensure easy access to that storage, you can pull out the shelf, just as you can with the exterior storage compartments.
The kitchen island contains additional storage, and is movable.
In the living room, there are a 72-inch sleeper sofa and a recliner which come with the home. On the left, you see the entertainment center. It provides room to hide your wires for a clean look. Also, this photo doesn’t show it, but there is illumination around the perimeter of the wood panelling. When it is switched on, it makes it look almost as if the wood panelling is floating off the wall.
This photo of the downstairs hall gives you an idea of the configuration of the space. The stairs on the left lead up to the loft. In the back, you can glimpse the downstairs bedroom. To the right, you see the bathroom, along with some roomy hallway storage closets.
Speaking of the bathroom, here is a look at the roomy countertop, numerous storage cabinets and shelves, sink and mirror.
The shower is delightfully spacious and accommodating.
The downstairs bedroom is spacious and beautiful with two large closets to either side of a chest of drawers with room for a TV on top.
A queen-size mattress fits in this room. The headboard is wood, and there is illumination installed under the cabinets which is perfect for reading. The drop floor in this room ensures that there is plenty of headroom both downstairs and above in the loft.
This photo shows off just how much room there is in the upstairs loft. As you can see, you can fit a mattress and entertainment center in here with room to spare.
