- A gorgeous deck, spacious interiors and two loft sleeping areas make this tiny space stand out from among the others out there.
- Thanks to the lots of windows all throughout the space, the house is well lit and airy.
- The all white on the interiors is beautifully balanced with the natural pine strategically placed to bring in a bit of warmth and color.
- Packed into the deal are lots of kitchen appliances, a washer-dryer unit, 2 TVs and some furniture pieces.
This tiny property is a custom built 30’ version of their Castle Peak model, and is perched on a purpose built trailer. The double glazed vinyl windows operate easily and all have top-down-bottom-up shades, and there’s both a front door and back patio door so you can have a front, and a back yard.
But that’s not all- this 30’ two bedroom tiny home has a lot more to offer.
The downstairs has a small living area which has been set up with a comfortable couch and some wall mounted storage racks. You can also bring in a small coffee table here.
There’s also a collapsible table cum storage unit here with a wall mounted TV above it.
Up ahead comes the kitchen which is gorgeous and functional. Here, you’ll find quartz countertops, a stainless steel sink, a Summit fridge, gas cooking appliances, and a microwave.
The shaker style cabinets come with slow close mechanisms, which needs a special mention.
In addition, there are 2 pullout pantries, 2 trash can pullouts, a pan drawer, a mixer pullout, and a broom closet, all tucked under the stairs which lead to the main loft.
The bathroom is beautiful and has a large vanity with quartz top, a large medicine cabinet, a linen cabinet,
a Cinderella gas incinerating toilet,
a 36” shower,
and a stacked 24” washer and dryer.
The main loft has enough space to accommodate a king mattress and still have some extra room left to move around.
Plus, there’s enough head room for a 6’+ tall individual when sitting on the bed.
The second loft is accessible through the ladder
and can be used as an additional sleeping area, a storage space or even as a workspace as you can see in the pictures.
The house is cooled by a Pioneer mini split and the water heater is a Truma AquaGo Comfort Plus gas instant water heater.
