Tiny Home Features
- From a full-size fridge and washer/dryer to the microwave and cooktop, every essential tiny living appliance comes with this one.
- Thanks to a small footprint, towing the home across the States is a non-issue. Just be sure to research state-wise restrictions when traveling, as the tall ceiling may warrant a permit.
- Speaking of tall ceilings, they enable the 5’ loft in this one, thus giving you a more open loft rather than a claustrophobic setting.
- The 24’ custom tiny home shows its custom built in the storage – many empty spaces are converted into a smart storage solution with the exception of a few. More on that later.
- Since it was built for the Great White North, the Canadian dwelling is highly insulated and will readily withstand everything but the harshest of conditions in the good ol’ US of A.
A super tall dwelling reminiscent of a double-decker bus greets you as you first lay eyes on the custom tiny home. 11 windows strategically placed throughout all 24 feet ensure you won’t face a lack of ventilation or lighting.
Head inside, and you get the dining area first on the right.
This also doubles up as the living area and can fold down to make a double-size bed if you want to sleep more. The ceiling here is unused, which means future expansion is possible by adding a loft up top for an additional sleep/storage area.
On the left, you get one wall supporting the loft stairs, and the other supporting the kitchenette.
The latter features a single-galley setup with a fridge fit snugly underneath the stairs.
It’s eye-candy to boot with that tiled backsplash and beautiful cabinets but could use a few more of them on the walls if you want to store more than just the essentials.
Head up the stairs and you get the loft with space for a queen-size mattress.
The left end (downstairs) houses the bathroom with all the standard fittings.
