Tiny Home Features
- Apart from two bedrooms, the home also has a ton of dedicated storage spaces, and a laundry room as well!
- If you don’t want to move to another place, the lot that the home is on can be rented for $308 a month. That price includes the water and trash removal.
- Wheels also make the home towable to any other zip code in the States.
- Given that this one is a two bedroom, tiny mobile home, a sub-$60K tag on it is an amazing price.
A decently sized deck protrudes from the home as you take your first look, adding to that vacation home feel that we’re swooning over.
Since the home is placed in a lot, a lot (pun unintended) of the hassles of maintaining the home are eliminated, for a rather good price of ~$300 a month.
Head inside, and the living area comes first, which can hold a 3-seater couch, and can also host an entertainment center on the small table up front: large monitors, gaming chairs, the whole nine yards.
Right after the living area lies the retractable ladder that leads up to the first loft.
It’s designed in such a way that you can also store decorations or paraphernalia up there, along with a double bed mattress.
A step further and you’ll find the kitchenette divides itself into two mini galleys placed opposite each other.
The one on the right can accommodate the fridge, sink, and microwave with some space for an electric cooktop.
The left one has some countertop space with tons of cabinets flanking it from all directions, making sure you won’t face a lack of storage whatsoever.
The sliding door comes next and leads into the laundry room, a small space that does what it’s built for,
followed by the bathroom,
which comes with the standard fittings.
To the left of the laundry room door are the steps that lead into the master bedroom: one that’s quite close to a regular home.
A king-sized bed followed by a small closet space can fit nicely here,
and we recommend throwing in a couple of cabinets on the walls above as well.
At the end of the day, this tiny mobile home is versatile for a lot of use cases, but based on the location alone, we recommend it be used as a vacation house.
