Luxury comes in small packages and my new favorite is the Starling luxury tiny home. This small home is beautifully styled with classic shiplap walls and shaker cabinets throughout. Smart home and energy efficient additions make it a favorite for everyone, but the small floor plan keeps it the minimalist home you desire.
This home has tall windows throughout bringing in tons of natural light. The white walls really pop with brightness thanks to these additions. This makes the home look larger than the actual floor plan.
The living space is open and large leading right into the kitchen area. I love that this space really feels like a luxury home and opens up a small space so beautifully.
There is plenty of room for a sofa, a few chairs, and even a large coffee table in the living space. While this owner placed a TV on the wall in the kitchen, you could shift the sofa to the other side of the room and use that wall for an entertainment center or television.
The wood floors nicely accent the shiplap farmhouse style, but also offer a certain quality that makes it upscale. You’ll also love just how easy they are to clean!
The vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of more space in this kitchen. It’s already larger than most, but that addition really makes it fill classic rather than “tiny”.
The kitchen is a perfect combination of classic styles with modern conveniences. Tons of cabinets surround the space both above and below the counters. This makes for easy storage of kitchen supplies, utensils,a nd of course, pantry items.
A large energy efficient cook top is ideal for whipping up your favorite meals. The tiled backsplash between the stove and microwave is beautiful and brings an extra element of style you’ll fall in love with in your new home.
Of course, my teens would love the extra large refrigerator, but I love the addition of a regular dishwasher to keep things clean and save time.
You can’t forget to mention the stunning island that helps break up the living space. Doubling as a dining table and storage space, the island is ideal for using to knead a fresh loaf of bread or for simply sitting down for a cup of morning coffee.
Despite the small space, the Starling also includes a luxury bedroom. Surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and it’s own private door and porch, the bedroom is truly an oasis.
The bright white walls accent against the flooring to really open up the space. This room holds a queen sized bed, but could very easily fit a king bed with no difficulty.
With room for side tables, a dresser or chest of drawers, your own decor, and of course a closet, it’s a room everyone wants in their home.
One of the best parts of the Starling comes in this smart cottage designed bathroom. The large shower is a great place to relax after a long day, and the spacious room includes cabinetry, a nice sized vanity, and a traditional toilet.
This bathroom isn’t large, but is far from tiny. In fact, it’s larger than many traditional home bathrooms you’ll find!
This is not just another bed you rest in overnight. It is a dazzling experience! Superhost Gabriella will amaze you with her cozy tiny house.
