Built in December 2020 by the famous Mega Tiny Homes and featuring r15 and r23 insulation, this custom built tiny home is the newest entry on the market.
Take the wooden stairs and step inside through the fiberglass front door and you’ll find yourself in a bright and beautiful space flaunting brilliant quality plywood flooring and other bits and accents you probably won’t expect a tiny house to have.
The two lofts are so uniquely designed- a framework that can be hard to come by in most tiny houses this size.
The living space is tiny, with just a comfy chair set up, but right next to it is this enormous storage space cum bookshelf- perfect for someone who likes the idea of going tiny, but doesn’t want to compromise on comfort. Step inside this makeshift storage space and you’ll find a dedicated workspace complete with an ergonomic chair and a desk, plus a window that offers gorgeous views of where you are parked at.
The larger, main loft is accessible through the ladder, and easily accommodates a queen mattress. There is also quite a bit of in-built storage space here to take advantage of.
The kitchen is equipped with butcher block countertops, an LP gas/oven range combo, a 0.1 cu ft refrigerator, a sink with pull-out style faucets and gorgeous IKEA cabinets for storage and shelving. In addition, a small high stool has been set up next to the extension of the countertop to be turned into a cozy tiny spot.
Enter the bathroom through the unique blue pine swing doors and you’ll find a surround shower stall, a vanity with sink, a faucet and mirror, a flush toilet and a Magic Chef washer/dryer combo. Some additional storage space is also available here through the storage racks and cabinets above the toilet.
In addition, the house also packs in a ceiling fan, motion sensor porch lights and a mounted retractable awning.
The price tag on this spacious tiny home might not be for those on a budget, but for someone who’s looking to take the plunge into tiny living for good, this space can be the perfect choice.
