The total 328 sq ft of space is mighty impressive and done up in a way to maximize space to move around, and still effectively improve the functionality of the area. The main floor is 208 sq ft, and fits a small living area which can be set up with a little couch and a wall mounted TV, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen is hooked up with all the essentials- an impressive butcher block countertop, a 30” Amana gas range, a 30” above the range Amana microwave/ducted vent combo and a stainless steel sink.
A full sized Whirlpool refrigerator under the stairs and There’s also a fold down table next to the range that can be used as a dining area.
