For someone who is just about to experience what it is like being in a tiny house, 180 sq ft of space might not seem like a lot, but this house in specific, utilizes the space so beautifully and effortlessly, you won’t feel cramped at all.
The living space has two large windows, with sitting areas below each of them, one of them packed with storage space. The larger sitting space is actually a futon that can be pulled out and turned into an additional sleeping space. There is a little loft above the living area which can be used for storage.
Right beside the living area is the open kitchen, which has a full refrigerator, impressive countertop space for you to prep your meals, a large-sized steel kitchen sink, a gas range, and lots of cabinets, drawers, and open racks. Windows on both sides of the kitchen bring in a lot of fresh air and brighten up the space.
Just up ahead is the bathroom, which is separated from the rest of the house with a barn door. The bathroom is an impressive size and is complete with a full-sized standard shower, a little sink with some storage underneath, and a mirror. In addition, it has been fitted with a DIY compost toilet, but still has the original plumbing for a flushing toilet as well.
The loft bedroom has a queen mattress and is accessible through the ladder, which can be pulled up and put away when not in use.
The tiny house is also hooked up with an air conditioning unit that might need repair, but all in all, it is great value for money.
