The kitchenette comes on the right which makes the best out of the limited area allotted to it by including cabinets on the walls. Of course, that small space also means life-sized appliances won’t fit here, but downsized ones will and they’ll leave countertop space for you to chop your veggies without hitting an appliance or worse, your finger!
To the right of the kitchenette are the loft stairs which lead into the (no surprise there) loft. It’s roomier than most, and can easily host a queen-size mattress with some additional storage options if needed.
At the right end (downstairs) you get the bathroom which comes with the standard fittings
plus a washer/dryer.
In a nutshell, it’s obvious that the standout feature here is that you get a tiny home with land. However, delve a little deeper, and you’ll see that it’s much more than just that.
