If you still haven’t found the perfect tiny house, I’ve got one for you to check out which is currently on the market for an impressive low price of just $34,999.
While the tiny house features a cozy style which would be at home in the suburbs, the corrugated metal siding adds some industrial flair, making it look more modern. A couple of the windows include metal awnings which you can swing up or down as needed for complete privacy.
The huge glass doors take up almost the entire front of the house!
We’ll start out by taking a look at the seating area and kitchen, which is what the front door opens onto. The small couch is placed directly across from the kitchen cabinets.
Right above the couch is a fireplace.
It looks like to the right of the couch there is a little bit of extra space which you could use for additional furnishings if you wanted.
Actually, facing the other way makes me rethink the seating layout a bit. I now notice that wall on the left-hand side of this photo next to the couch is available to use (there isn’t a door or such there). So, instead of just leaving that wall open, I think I’d put a TV there. That way, you can watch it from the couch, if you are propping up your feet and sitting lengthwise on it.
In the kitchen, you see a vent below which you could install a stove. To the right of that are the cabinets, the sink, and the counters. To the left of it are a couple of tall cabinets which could work for a pantry or for whatever else you needed. You could easily install some shelves between the windows and the sink if you needed more counter space.
There is a flush toilet in the bathroom, and beside it, some corrugated metal wainscoting to complement the exterior of the house. I really wish there were a diagram of the home’s layout, as judging from the bathroom, it seems to be pretty unique.
In this photo, you can see the shower stall. Like I said, the home’s layout seems unusual. I could be wrong, but it almost looks as if the bathroom is the room immediately past the kitchen. But what really throws me off is that I see what looks like a fridge in the background, but not the kitchen we just left? Regardless, I love the shower design and the general stylishness of the bathroom. The wood panels on the wall above the corrugated wainscoting look really cool!
This room is quite clearly the bedroom, and presumably is on the ground floor. The space looks significantly larger than it is thanks to an entire wall consisting of mirrors. I wonder if that is also a closet? If so, it is a huge one, which would be super cool! I love the hanging reading lamps with their tree designs. They make the room look so cozy and rustic!
There is more corrugated metal wainscoting in this room to match the decorative accents found elsewhere in the home.
Lots of cabinets and drawers await your stuff!
