Rocky Mountain Tiny House builders out of Colorado have been impressing us recently with their simple yet beautiful tiny houses like the Wasatch Range model we’re about to show you. The home is 28 feet long and 8 feet wide and features charming cedar shakes and knotty wood siding on the exterior. The final price for the Wasatch was $76,000.
The Wasatch Tiny House Tour
We don’t have a ton of pictures to show you, so you’ll have to check out the video that we’ll post at the end. But from what we can see, this home is lovely with white shiplap walls and beetle kill pine flooring and ceiling. The home was designed for a family of four so bunk beds were installed on the first floor with a large master loft and a separate flex loft above.
The home has a large kitchen with a gas cooktop and oven as well as a full-sized refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space. There’s also a full-sized bathroom and an open living space.
The woodwork in this tiny house really takes center stage and was enough of a reason for us to share this home with you!
