Camping Corones is a gorgeous setting in Rasen, Italy where vacationers come from all over the world to take in the natural beauty and lovely landscapes. One option for lodging at the resort is one of three identical tiny log houses that were built by Canadian company Sitka Log Homes. The impressive homes are roughly 500 square feet and were specifically designed for the guests at Corones to fully enjoy their stay in their handcrafted cabin.
Inside, the home has an open and spacious floor plan with the living areas all on the bottom floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Being an actual log cabin, the walls and most surfaces are thick wood logs giving it a rustic and authentic feel.
The living room has plenty of room for an oversized couch plus an ottoman and side table making it perfect for large families to enjoy movies together while warming up from being outside in the snow.
The home is kept toasty and cozy thanks to this large wood burning stove that’s nestled next to the full-sized staircase that winds up the bedrooms.
At the top of the stairs is a small landing which serves as a sitting area and the perfect place to read a book and have some quiet time.
The two bedrooms are next to one another upstairs and feature a cozy double bed and dresser.
The bathroom is on the first floor across from the kitchen and features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. An interesting part of the design is that the toilet is in one bathroom with a sink and the shower and two sinks are in an adjacent bathroom, together forming one large and fully functioning bathroom.
