Titan Tiny Homes of South Elgin, Illinois has released an adorable new tiny house model that we’re loving! The 250-square foot house on wheels is attractive from every angle and has everything you need for comfortable living on the go. The 24-foot-long model starts at $57,300 and the 28-foot model starts at $64,800 both of which have a large menu of options that you can add from to make the home your own.
The exterior of the home has a mixture of painted and stained wood siding with white trim. A metal roof was chosen for this model but you can also opt for shingles if you prefer.
Inside, the home is nice and open with pale walls and dark hardwood flooring. The living area is nestled under the lofted bedroom with the kitchen running the length of the wall between it and the bathroom.
The kitchen has natural wood countertops with custom cabinets giving you plenty of room for both storage and prep. You also have a stove and oven combo, refrigerator, and a washer/dryer machine. Above the bathroom is a small storage loft which is great for off-season or bulky items.
The loft is reached by a stationary staircase with room for storage below. The owners also took advantage of wall space by hanging storage organizers next to the door and adding a hook for their guitar.
The living room is spacious with room for a couch or daybed and small table. They also added wall organizers in the room to display mementos and store books.
The room is surrounded by windows on two walls making it a bright room with plenty of fresh air. Thin curtains can be drawn for privacy while still letting natural light filter through.
The bathroom features a flushing toilet, sink, and a large shower stall with molded storage ledges and a bench.
Upstairs in the loft, you have plenty of room for a queen-sized bed as well as small storage pieces. Large windows on both sides of the room let natural light and fresh air breeze through the space.
