Tiny Houses of Washington is a family-owned company that specializes in building quality tiny homes with top-notch customer service. One of their models that caught our eye is the King’s Loft which is a 303 square foot road-ready tiny house on wheels. The exterior of the home is dusty blue color with board and batten siding and cedar shake accents.
We love the traditional door on the home and the way it automatically makes you feel at home before you even step foot inside. Once you’re inside though, that feeling just continues with the calming colors that were chosen for the home like the creamy walls and tan trim next to blue accent walls and black cabinets.
The living room has tall ceilings with tons of windows that let in natural light making the room bright. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall over the stone fireplace and a cubby was added to store devices eliminating the need for a table.
The kitchen is in the center of the home and has black cabinets with a full-sized refrigerator, gas cooktop, and stainless-steel sink. The granite countertops are accented by a tile backsplash that wraps around both sides of the kitchen.
This kitchen has a ton of storage space so you can be sure you won’t run out of cabinet space for your kitchen and pantry items.
A ladder attaches to a rod and extends into the living room giving you access to the loft which is guarded by black iron bars that tie into the black cabinets below.
The loft is spacious with room for a large bed and you even have great closets at the end of the room with custom curtains that completely cover both sides of the storage area.
The bathroom is off the back of the kitchen and it has a tiled shower stall, flushable toilet, and custom sink vanity.
This tiny house is truly fit for a king and is ready to hit the road! If you’d like to see more details and pictures of the King’s Loft, go to http://tinyhousesofwashington.com/our-homes#.
