The builders were able to give them all of that and more in the house they call The Rose.

Built on a 30-foot gooseneck trailer, this home has 320 square feet and is actually for sale! The exact home pictured here has sold, but Tiny Diamond Homes can build you one just like it for $75,000. The exterior was kept fairly simple with white siding and dark brown wood accents.
Inside, the home is large enough for what’s probably the most furniture we’ve ever seen in a tiny house! The hardwood floors are beautiful and stand out nicely against the white plank walls. The family chose contrasting light fixtures with an industrial fixture over the stove and a crystal chandelier over the sink! We like the juxtaposition in the room, though!
The ceilings have dark wood beams running the length of the home and a ceiling fan over the living area.
A pantry is at the end of the kitchen and has plenty of room for all of your food items. All of the storage in the kitchen is made out of furniture pieces like the large cabinet and hutch on the left and the dark wood sideboard that they made into the sink area on the right.
A marble top was placed on top of the sideboard and a small ceramic sink was dropped into it.
Even the antique-style refrigerator has its own custom piece of furniture! A small base with drawer was added to give the appliance a little boost! We also love the steps they made to step up into the bathroom.
You can really see the beauty of the sink in this picture! You also see the large living area and one of the loft areas over the bedroom.
A bench was made out of three chairs and can be used at the table that’s against the opposite wall.
In the bathroom, you have a full-sized toilet and a washer/dryer combo.
The main bedroom has large windows and plenty of room for a bed and nightstands.
The two additional rooms are in the loft areas giving you a total of three areas for sleeping! This is the perfect tiny house for a large family who wants a simpler way of life! You can hit the road and experience freedom like never before!
