Tiny House builders are often approached with customer’s grand ideas for their dream homes and then their not-so-grand budgets to make it happen. This next tiny house definitely had grand ideas but they also had the budget to back them up with! The Vintage Glam tiny house by Tiny Heirlooms is an absolutely gorgeous home with tons of style and innovation packed into just 200 square feet for a mere $150,000.
The home is clad with bold blue wood siding with white trim and it even has a sweet little porch big enough for a couple of rocking chairs.
Coming inside the home, we’re going to show you the best feature first. The owner wanted a bed that could be easily tucked away so instead of settling for a Murphy bed, the builders constructed a motorized platform! The platform hides a bed, bench seats, table, and even stairs to reach the sitting area on top. And it can all be transformed with just the flick of a
switch on the wall.
Here are the steps that can be extended to reach the couch.
The bed is on the bottom and it slides out to reveal a full-sized mattress.
On top of the truly incredible motorized platform is a swanky seating area with a small couch and side table.
The entire home is filled with tons of natural light flooding through the home’s many windows and large skylights. The addition of can lights adds soft light for in the evenings.
The kitchen is glamorous with white cabinets on both sides of the room, white marble countertops, and subway tiles on the backsplash.
A stove and oven combo sit on one end of the countertops with a large farmhouse sink to the side of it.
Another great feature of the kitchen is this small dishwasher that’s made to blend in with the cabinets!
The kitchen also has a compact refrigerator and a tall pantry next to it to store all of your food items conveniently.
Overall, it’s just an absolutely gorgeous kitchen! There’s even a small loft that’s being used for décor now but could also be used for storage.
Tucked inside one of the large cabinets between the kitchen and bathroom is a small laundry nook with a washing machine and space to store laundry essentials.
Next up is the bathroom which is concealed by sliding pocket doors stained to look like barn wood.
Inside it possibly the most glamorous feature of all: the clawfoot bathtub! This tub is truly vintage glam with gold feet and a large tub to soak in for hours.
The tub can also be used as a shower thanks to the copper showerhead that was added.
And adding to the luxury of this bathroom is the first living wall we’ve seen inside a tiny house!
The beauty of this home truly blows us away and it’s not hard to see how it racked up such a large price tag with so many high-end finishes and features.
