Tiny Hamptons Homes is a family-owned company out of New York that’s credited as being the first builders of tiny homes in the Long Island area. One of their latest projects that recently sold is the Watermill, a remodeled travel trailer that was listed for $34,000. The home was taken down to the studs and transformed into luxurious home perfect for a traveling family.
The exterior of the home was given a custom paint job and the slide-outs add space inside when the home is parked.
One of the slide-outs functions as a dining and living area when extended with a bench seat in front of the window. The master bedroom is next to the living area and it features a large bed a TV mounted in the corner.
The bed is surrounded by built-in cabinets to store your clothing and personal items out of sight and secure while on the move.
Sliding doors close of the bedroom for privacy or to hide an unmade bed from guests!
The kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinets and black and red accents. A compact refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher are also available giving you everything needed to prepare meals.
Bunk beds are in the hall giving room for two more guests. Each bunk has a cabinet next to it for storage and lights over their pillows.
The home’s bathroom is across from the bunk beds and it has a tiled shower and tub combo and a small sink vanity with an RV toilet. We love the shimmery tile work in this bathroom!
It’s truly amazing to see how this trailer was transformed into a home by the talented team at Tiny Hamptons.
