One awesome thing about getting into the tiny house lifestyle is that there are sometimes some spectacular deals as other people are moving on from that lifestyle and switching to something bigger. Their loss can be your gain. In this case, you could gain a new tiny house for just $19,000, currently listed for sale in Summerfield, FL.
The sheltered front porch measures 4 feet, and the house comes fully furnished.
The living room includes a futon (which doubles as a couch), HD projector, dinette/rolling island large enough for two people, a desk, a storage staircase, and a gun safe mounted beneath the steps. There is lots of open floor space in front of the couch when it is configured as such.
In this photo, you see the smaller of the home’s two lofts. This one looks so small I suspect most people would use it for storage, but it clearly can fit at least a twin size bed. Incidentally, that bed is included in your purchase too, and is made out of comfortable memory foam. A low railing provides at least a little safety. If I were sleeping up there, I’d probably want to augment it, but I’ve been known to sleepwalk.
The kitchen features a large double sink, an apartment-size fridge and freezer, an oven, and a four-burner cooktop. That cool glow you see from under the cabinets is from LED lights installed along their base.
Back in the living room, here is the aforementioned HD projector in action. You also can see the double set of storage steps leading to both lofts.
In this photo taken from above, you can see exactly how much space it is available in the smaller loft. Surprisingly, even with a twin-size bed in there, there is still a little bit of extra space at the foot of the bed, at least some of which you could dedicate to storage. The recessed shelf which you see in this photo is also included.
In the bathroom, there is an exhaust fan, a 220V tankless water heater, and a 36”curved shower featuring a waterfall shower head. The current owner of the home mentions that the water heater works great and produces “endless hot water.”
Along with this interior shower, there is also an outside shower you can use. This provides some excellent flexibility. In this photo, you also can see the flush toilet.
Previously, I mentioned a desk in the main living area. Here it is. It is located in a cozy little alcove and is drenched in sunlight from the big window that fills the alcove. You could enjoy lovely views while you work. If you spend much time working, you’ll probably want to replace that stool with a proper chair, but everything else looks awesome!
This tall cabinet right next to the door under the steps would probably serve well as a coat closet.
We get a good look at the master bedroom loft from across the way in the smaller loft. That is a king size bed you see there. There also is a safe mounted in the wall and some storage.
This is not just another bed you rest in overnight. It is a dazzling experience! Superhost Gabriella will amaze you with her cozy tiny house.
The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove.
Serenely situated between Gravenhurst and Bracebridge, Tiny Haus has been custom built by an award winning architect to capture the beauty of the natural surroundings.
While this tiny house is not on wheels, the owner can recommend a company that will help relocate it for you (right now it is in Summerfield, FL). The seller says that more photos are available upon request. It looks like $25,000 was the previous list price, but now it has dropped to just $19,000. Since that is an all-in price which includes the home and all the great furnishings you saw inside, it sounds like a fantastic deal. If you want to jump on it, check out the post where you can contact the seller.
