If you enjoy the appearance of the traditional stick-built home, but are looking for something with a smaller profile, you may enjoy this 255-square-feet tiny house for sale in Phoenix.

The exterior of the home features an eye-catching contrasts between dark gray siding and white trim. The paint is brand-new, as are the windows. Great care has been taken to provide top shelf insulation so that this house can be parked even in locations with cold climates.

A minimalist kitchen features a couple of cabinets and a large sink with the high faucet.

The countertop extends out to the side. It appears to double as a breakfast bar underneath the window. The walls of the home are all painted white, which draws emphasis to the beautiful hardwood floor. A set of steps leads up to the loft.

The steps are actually one of the more interesting features in this room for a couple of reasons. First of all, this builder has decided to forgo the standard storage cabinets located underneath the stairs, and has instead gone for open steps. While this means less storage space, it really opens up the interior of the living space.

The other nice design detail on the steps is the way they have been painted, with every other step featuring natural wood tones. The steps in between have been painted with the same dark blue that you see in the kitchen cabinets. This unifies the color scheme of the house.

The artwork underneath flat-screen TV further accents the minimalist simplicity of the interior.

The shower includes a couple of shelves, and plenty of standing room.

In the back of the home, a small ladder leads up to a little nook, which looks like it could be either a window seat or small downstairs loft of sorts.

While this house is simple in design, that very elegance is what makes it such a artistically pleasing abode. It was constructed this year, so it is brand-new and in great condition. It comes with a washing machine and dryer, a 9.9-cubic-foot fridge, a hot water heater, the TV you saw earlier, energy-efficient LED lights, a functional toilet and shower, and more. You can get all of this for just $29,999 as of the time of this writing. See the listing here.
