Looking for a lovely custom tiny house you can call home? If 240 square feet sounds about right for your needs, you may like this one which is currently for sale in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Here, you can see the front and back of the house, as well as what it looks like when a porch is set up. The unique shape of the exterior is definitely eye-catching. I do express some concern at the shape of the roof, however, which seems like it would trap precipitation. For that reason, I would recommend this home most if you live in a dry climate without a lot of rain or snow.
The kitchen features beautiful blue cabinets and a deep farmhouse sink. There is a stove which includes a full-size oven, and above it, a microwave and some additional cabinets on top of that. To the right, you see a wine rack. Between the kitchen and the bathroom is the fridge and freezer.
The ladder which leads to the loft over the bathroom is out of the way of the kitchen, almost unnoticeable unless you are looking for it. While the loft is not entirely cut off from the main living space, you can tell it feels very much like a separate room.
This home is in the premium price range because it has a lot of fancy features, most of which are hard to show in the photos. But, for example, do you see that TV screen in the upper right? The screen can be flipped smoothly and effortlessly around so that it faces either the main living space or the loft.
The bathroom contains a custom vanity with a stunning vessel sink. To the right, you see the laundry machine.
Left of the vanity is the toilet.
The shower features stunning chevron tiles and a wall which looks like granite or marble. To the left of the shower, there are deep shelves.
As this photo demonstrates clearly, a lot of shirts can be packed into the small closet above the chairs.
Here is the bedroom loft. It looks super cozy, with lots of light coming through the windows and the chance for outstanding views depending on where you place the home.
In this photo, you can get a better look at that flip-around TV.
This is not just another bed you rest in overnight. It is a dazzling experience! Superhost Gabriella will amaze you with her cozy tiny house.
The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove.
Serenely situated between Gravenhurst and Bracebridge, Tiny Haus has been custom built by an award winning architect to capture the beauty of the natural surroundings.
If you want to find out more about the house, you can do so at Tiny House Marketplace. You will notice the house is priced at $125,000 (as of the time of this writing, anyway). I highly suggest scrolling down to the video in the comments which showcases the flip-around TV and the home’s other premium features. You can contact the owner there if you are interested.
