This 24-Foot Tiny House for Sale Features Homey Contemporary Vibes

If you are interested in a tiny house with an overall contemporary look with a few rustic touches, you may be interested in this 280 ft.² tiny house for sale for $65,000.

Describing the home, the seller writes, “This 24 ft, 2 loft tiny home boasts ample room to live in luxury with a full sized kitchen, including a deep stainless steel sink, granite counter tops and a 2 burner glass cooktop.”

Additional features include a stainless steel apartment size fridge and freezer, a folding dining table, an electric fireplace, and more.

This photo shows you the granite counters and the glass cooktop, which form a seamless, smooth surface. Between the impressive depth of the kitchen sink and the height of the faucet, you can appreciate how easy doing your dishes would be even in a relatively tight space like this one.

The open shelves are minimalist white slabs which blend in almost perfectly with the walls, especially since like the wall panels, they are strong horizontal lines. This may be the cleanest look I have seen achieved with open shelving in a tiny kitchen thus far.

The front door is immediately to the left of the kitchen counter, and across from it is a set of storage stairs leading to the loft. We are standing in the living room looking towards the bathroom in the back. Across from the kitchen counter are the fridge and freezer.

There are actually two lofts, the second being reached by a ladder from the living room. One of the coolest features of the home are the matching railings, which essentially double as contemporary artwork.

Here is a more “lived in” shot of the living room with more decorative accents, an electric fireplace, and the TV in the corner on.

The seller has described some additional interesting features which do not seem to be showcased in these photos.

For example, there is apparently a large dining table in the home, but when it’s not in use, it can be folded out of the way, and appears as artwork. Also, there is reportedly a way you can convert part of the staircase into a dinette.

We didn’t get a look at the bathroom, but it is described as featuring an eco-friendly flush toilet, a “high-end vanity,” and a shower measuring 42” x 36”. The seller writes, “The stylish shower boasts white subway tile walls with Penny tile floor and ceiling with an adjustable shower head.”
