Two features stand out when looking at the exterior of the home. One is the unique shape of the roof, and the other is the sizable porch with its beautiful pillars.

The siding of the home is described as “LP lap siding accent upper with smooth HD board and batten lower.” You can pick any color of Sherwin Williams paint you want.

I think the right word to describe the porch might be “stately.”
Now let’s step inside the house to see what the interior is like.
We have a kitchen on the left and a set of stairs on the right leading up to the loft. White is the color which was selected for this particular interior, but I am guessing that this can be customized to customer requests. The white here is offset by the luxury vinyl plank flooring.
The beauty of the floor can be appreciated more fully at this angle. You also can get a good look at the table/bar on the left.
There is a small cupboard door under the stairs. At a glance, it makes me wonder why it’s not a larger door, but I’m sure that there is a good reason.
With the counter taken into account, there is plenty of room to dine.
You can understand the unusual design of the roof better from inside the home. While it is aesthetically appealing inside and out, this design choice allows a couple of different elements to coexist. The pitched ceiling offers a spacious, luxurious feel by drawing the eye upward. At the same time, there is room for extra windows this way, bringing in additional light from above. This also has the effect of making the walls seem taller.

The oven and cooktop you see here are optional, and are powered by propane. The hot water heater also uses propane. The kitchen includes a microwave and 10-cubic-foot refrigerator as well. There is also a washer/dryer.

This is definitely one of the house’s winning features with a lovely little farmhouse-style basin. Also notice the appealing honeycomb pattern on the wall to the left.
Unless I am mistaken, that door slid out of the wall, rather than swinging. If so, that’s an elegant way to conserve space.
There is a full-length mirror installed on it, which does two things. Firstly, it extends the sense of space. Secondly, it obviously is a great functional extra when it comes to getting ready for the day.
The honeycomb tiles in the shower have a great effect.

I’m frequently surprised by how few tiny houses include desks, so this is an excellent feature to see.
You could set your laptop here and have plenty of workspace to either side as well.
These are the stairs which lead to the loft. A handrail has been installed on the right side for safety. It is a good match for the contemporary railing.
It looks like the bedroom currently has a couple of twin beds in it, but there should be room enough for a queen size bed, If I’m correct.
This is the view you’ll see looking down at the top of the flight of stairs.
It looks like there is also a downstairs bedroom, which is a surprise that I didn’t expect. There is enough room to either side of the bed for little bedside tables with extra storage space underneath.
The wood cladding on the wall is another unexpected touch which really gives this room a unique character. There are certainly no concerns about storage space. There looks to be plenty of it!
