If you have been shopping for tiny houses, you probably have noticed that quite a few of them start above $50,000. But there are some beautiful models that you can purchase for significantly less. One is the Countryside Cabin by Park Model Homes. Even with optional upgrades, this cabin is priced at just $38,898.
The home immediately grabs your attention with its graceful columns supporting the awning over the porch. The color of the siding also stands out. Actually, I’m not quite sure exactly what shade it is, but it looks to be a sort of “honey” tone.
While you don’t see a whole lot of windows here, it’s not necessarily the drawback that you might think. Just wait until you see the interior.
Here’s the living space inside the cabin. Tiny, to be sure, but exceptionally cozy and beautifully decorated. You can see now why it’s hard to fault the lack of windows. The space is amply lit and offers a sense of privacy and tranquillity—a refuge from the outside world.
I just love that carpet, and how it combines with the furnishings and décor to create a seamless look. All the colors in this tiny house are flawlessly matched. Indeed, the same colors which are in the living room are also repeated in the kitchen.
Despite how tiny the house is, there is still enough space for a small table for dining, rather than just a countertop bar like many tiny houses have.
All the kitchen appliances, cabinets, and counter space are located along just one wall. Even though this makes the kitchen smaller in terms of usable space than some other tiny house kitchens, I can tell you from experience that there’s more than enough space here to prepare most meals without trouble.
It is also a surprise that in a house this tiny, it is possible to squeeze in a full-size bedroom on the ground floor—but Park Model Homes has made it happen. The same consistent color scheme, materials and overall look suffuse this room.
It really is amazing what you can get for under $40,000. If you are interested in learning more about this tiny house, check out more details in this post. Please send all inquiries to:
