Today we are going to take a tour of the brand-new 2023 version of one of Park Model Homes’ most popular floor plans, the Woodland Park Timber Ridge Liberty 260.
This tiny house has been a huge hit with viewers on YouTube, and it’s easy to see why. Let’s check it out room by room.

Tiny Home Features
- This home features a drop-down floor in the downstairs bedroom and loft, providing extra headroom and a spacious feel.
- The kitchen of this tiny house features built-in modern appliances.
- The recessed ceiling in the sitting room makes for an elegant statement.
With its ironstone siding and black Andersen windows, and black fascia boards, this tiny house stands out. The look is luxurious and refined, hinting at the elegance within.
One interesting element of the layout is the bumped-out entertainment center, which you can notice if you step around to the other side of the house. By bumping out the entertainment center, floor space is maximized in the living room. Very useful!
This unit features sliding glass doors, which is a first for a house from Park Model Homes. They have convenient internal blinds that stay dust-free.
Let’s step inside the tiny house!
According to Joey Nelson at Park Model Homes, this is one of the largest living rooms you are going to find in a park model home.
In this shot, you can really appreciate how much extra space there is thanks to the entertainment center’s bumped-out design.
The large windows that let in natural light also stand out. But perhaps what grabs attention the most is the beautiful recessed ceiling.
The black accenting really makes the design pop, providing a simple but eye-catching decorative look that brings definition to the space. You will notice it is a match for the accent wall around the entertainment center.
You will, of course, also notice there is a fan to circulate air through the living room and kitchen, reducing your cooling costs during the summer.
The clerestory windows bring in lots of extra light from above to fill the living room and kitchen.
Looking toward the kitchen, you can see where the loft is. In this particular model we are touring, the loft is divided from the main living areas by a wall with a pair of windows in it. This is my personal favorite way to section off a loft because I feel it offers an ideal balance of privacy and interconnectedness.
The kitchen counter design is large enough to accommodate up to four barstools. A farmhouse apron sink provides plenty of room to wash your dishes with ease. Also, notice the gorgeous subway tile backsplash. You can customize the color of the tiles and the grout to achieve just the look you want.
Not only do the cabinets provide a ton of space for all of your cookware and dishes, but there is even a wine glass holder underneath one of the cabinets. There is a dimmer switch to control the accent lighting.
The propane gas oven is stainless steel, as are the other built-in appliances.
In short, this kitchen has everything you could ask for, and it is all setup and ready for you when you get your tiny house delivered.
Here is a look at the hallway leading to the downstairs bedroom and the flight of stairs that heads up to the loft. You will notice there is a second door located right next to the stairs. This is a handy feature if you live in a location with lots of dirt, sand, or mud. You won’t track as much through if you are just heading to the bathroom or bedroom and you come through this door.
If you don’t need the door and prefer a washer/dryer in that spot, that is an option that is available.
Now let’s step inside the bathroom. As we have come to expect from houses from Park Model Homes, this one features ample storage cabinets above and below the sink, along with triple mirrors and accent lighting. Notice that the counter extends over the toilet to give you a little extra space.
Here is the shower, which features a recessed headwell to ensure there is plenty of room. Beside it is a linen closet for even more storage.
Now let’s check out the downstairs bedroom with the drop floor. This bedroom fits a queen-size bed. Bedside tables and overhead cabinets are built right in, along with a beautiful wood headboard and accent lighting. Additional shelves fill the gaps above the bedside tables, and there are USB outlets for your devices.
Across from the bed, you will find two closets as well as a chest of drawers with room for a TV on top, providing you with all the storage you could ask for.
But just in case you are in need of even more storage, you will find it underneath the stairs that lead to the loft.
Speaking of the loft, here is a glimpse of what it looks like. Because there is a drop-floor section, the loft has two separate levels, allowing you to easily divide up the space for multiple uses if you’d like (you could dedicate part of it to storage, for example, and turn the rest into a bedroom or flex room).
