In the state where typically bigger is better, one family decided their dream was to make the best little house in Texas and so they designed and built an incredibly beautiful and quaint tiny house. The house is only 170 square feet but it’s practically perfect in every detail. The exterior was painted a lovely mint shade which looks amazing with the cedar shingles and metal roof.
Now, let’s talk about our favorite feature: the doors! The custom double doors are the focal point of the house for a good reason. We absolutely adore them!
Even the doorknobs were chosen with care and look great with all of the other details.
Inside, most of the walls were kept white to let the wood frames and accents stand out. We love the floors, too! Don’t miss the natural edges left on the beam that’s supporting the loft!
The loft has rich wood floors and a pretty view of the house as well as outside through the large windows.
We love the charming round window they chose for the loft! There’s plenty of room for a cozy bed up there, too.
The house is nice and open with room for a small couch and side table. In the kitchen, you have two sides of closed cabinets and countertops and space for a refrigerator.
We think this home is truly gorgeous and it just may be the best little house in Texas!
