Rochester Place Resort is a beautiful development in Belle River, Ontario built around a world-class golf course and surrounded by luxurious homes, several of which are tiny houses! The Chapman is their 540 square foot model featuring a V-shaped “butterfly” roof line and it’s currently available for $174,900.
Inside, the home has bold features like the double-sided fireplace with a massive TV mounted above it. Dark trim outlines the light gray walls and the ceilings have discreet canned lighting. The home has an open floorplan with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room is spacious with sliding glass doors leading out to the deck and a transom window above them for added natural light. The room is large enough for a large couch and chairs while still having space to move around.
The bedrooms are both spacious with built-in furniture and sliding glass doors. Multiple windows flood the room with natural light and make the space feel large and open.
We could spend hours on the home’s deck that overlooks the golf course! This is a resort that we’d like to visit and possibly even stay with all of the amenities and gorgeous landscaping it offers.
