Not too long ago, we showed the impressive outside of the San Juan tiny house that West Coast Homes built specifically for Wildwood Lakefront Cottages. Well, now we get to show you the inside of it! The 400 square foot home can be designed with an optional 250 square foot loft and multiple decks for outdoor living. The base model has a whopping price tag of $125,000 which doesn’t include the side deck but it sure is nice to dream!
The inside of the home is heavenly with tons of windows and built-ins. The massive living room even has a stone fireplace and window seat! We could definitely see ourselves living here.
The kitchen and dining areas are towards the middle of the house with the loft overhead. Wood accents are kept natural to highlight the architecture of the home and to provide contrast against the dark hardwood floors.
Upstairs in the loft, you have two separate areas that can be used as two bedrooms!
Back downstairs you have a main-level bedroom with large windows and room for a queen-sized bed.
The luxurious bathroom has a huge vanity area with a granite top and an even more impressive shower with a stone floor and tile surround. This bathroom looks like something you’d see in a high-end home, not a tiny house!
