It’s no secret that we love Tiny Heirloom based out of Oregon and all of their incredibly fabulous and luxurious custom tiny houses. And considering we also love all things beachy and bohemian, it’s not a big surprise that this next house was right up our alley! Custom homes from Tiny Heirloom start at $89,000 so they’re definitely dream houses for most of us, but if you don’t mind dreaming with us, take a look at the Beachy Bohemian!
Right off the bat, we adore the weathered wood stained a cheery yellow with even brighter French doors off of the small deck. A slanted roofline makes it even more interesting to look at and large windows and a metal roof add some shine.
Inside, every surface is covered in warm wood from the hardwood floors to the tongue-and-groove ceiling. Different kinds of wood and stain add depth and texture to keep it from feeling bland. And the maroon and blue accent walls help even more!
The living and dining areas are combined in the entry of the house with space for a few chairs on one wall and bar seating across the room. There’s enough room in there for a small sofa and a mounted TV, but we have a feeling this family prefers being on the beach instead of inside!
The kitchen is compact with a small corner of open cabinets and a stove and oven. A refrigerator is on a pedestal next to the deep sink with gorgeous and bright tiles that give the kitchen a bright pop of playful color.
The bathroom is just as interesting as the rest of the house with a tub and shower built out of a horse trough! Dark wood-like tiles and a mosaic strip surround the tub and the toilet and sink are next to it. A combo washing and drying machine is also in the bathroom which is sectioned off by a sliding barn door.
Past the bathroom is a bunk room perfect for kids. Tall bunks with twin-sized mattresses are stacked in front of a pair of windows and painted a calming sage color.
Another bedroom is in the loft and accessed by a ladder. While there isn’t a ton of room in the loft, a large skylight gives you the best view in the house!
A second loft is across the house and is accessed by a ladder in the bunk room. This room is used by the children to do homework and crafts as well as have their own space with comfy rugs and throws in the corner.
We can imagine that the Beachy Bohemian is going to provide many years of fun, comfort, and adventure to this lucky family!
