TruForm Tiny is a company out of Nevada that specializes in building custom tiny homes and they’re also RVIA-certified. The Payette is one of their models that has an open and bright interior and comes in three lengths with tons of options for upgrades and add-ons. The 20-foot model has 240 square feet, the 24 foot has 273 square feet and the 28-foot length has 304 square feet. The base model starts at $55,000.
Inside the home, the floor plan is nice and open with white walls and wood ceilings, floors and accents. A tall ceiling makes the space feel roomy while large windows and the double-door side entry let natural light flood in.
The kitchen is an alley design with butcher block countertops and floating shelves. A small wood burning stove is tucked at the end of the counters and the sleeping loft is above.
The loft has plenty of room for a king-sized bed or a smaller mattress would leave room for storage.
A really neat feature of the Payette is that the builders have multiple layouts to choose from so you can choose where you want the kitchen and loft.
